We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to join our team. You will drive share of wallet and new business growth.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to make it your own. You will deliver exceptional service to customers, drive new business, and support customers in obtaining parts, spares, and tooling, while negotiating the best deals with suppliers.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will build customer relationships within your territory, increase customer spend, and identify new customers to help us grow and develop.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your sales pipeline and collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to improve customer operations by reducing costs and enhancing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with major manufacturing clients to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE, and tools needed to stay operational.
* Build and maintain customer relationships within your territory, increasing spend and developing new clients.
* Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trades is preferred, but full training will be provided.
* Be a team player with account management experience.
* Use CRM systems and KPIs to manage and grow your territory and customer spend.
