The Governing Body of St. James’s School wishes to appoint a Team Leader. The Team Leader will lead members of a year group teaching and support staff. The successful candidate will oversee the curriculum, planning and assessment. They will work as part of the middle leadership team in the process of devising, implementing, monitoring, assessing and evaluating the curriculum provision, implementation of teaching and learning for the school, curriculum resourcing, pupil behaviour and achievement. They will be expected to join weekly ELT (Extended Leadership Team) meetings. They should be dedicated to high standards and fully support the Catholic Ethos of the School and the Mission Statement.
The successful candidate will be:

Interview date: TBC on receipt of application. The school may interview and appoint prior to the closing date.
