Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Direct and produce school plays and performances.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work within the school's performing arts department, collaborating with colleagues in music and dance.
* Develop and implement a range of extracurricular drama activities, including after-school clubs and workshops.
* Organize theatre visits and invite professional practitioners to the school.
* Direct and produce school productions, including technical aspects such as lighting and sound.
* Have experience in a variety of drama techniques and styles.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
