Customer Service Advisor - starting ASAP!
Location: Portslade, onsite position
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, ideally with a view to go permanent)
Hourly Rate: £12.82 - £13.00
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
Providing clear and accurate product and service information to valued customers.
Accurately updating customer records to maintain our high standards.
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and drive satisfaction.What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
Proficiency in IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Availability to start immediately and a commitment to at least 3 months.8 Ideally temp to perm
