We're looking for a Porter/Security Team Leader to join our team based in Huntington, Cambridge. Location : Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre - Huntington, Cambridge. Hours : 37.5 hours per week, on a shift rota basis (06:45 to 15:15 and 12:00 to 20:30) Monday to Friday. : What will you be responsible for? As a Porter/Security Team Leader you'll be the main point of contact for the porter/security services at Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre, to the Customers, Staff and Patients. Your day to day will include: Providing day to day running of the portering and security services, Delivering high quality portering and security service to all wards and departments, by supervising and allocating jobs to the staff on duty, Carrying out CCTV operational checks, including recording activities, To provide reports when required. What are we looking for? This role of Porter/Security Team Leader is great for you if you have: Previous experience of leading a team of Porters/Security staff, managing a rota system and prioritising the department's workload, An awareness of Trust policies and guidelines, A strong understanding of health and safety regulations with the ability to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
