About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an HR Systems Analyst to support our expanding HR team over the next 12 months during a large scale change project. The HR Systems Analyst will work across multiple HR software platforms and databases, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure HR systems are being used to their full potential, the business is receiving a return on its investments, and inputted data is reliable and timely. Working closely with the HR System Manager the Analyst will support with implementation tasks as well as performing necessary systems configurations and providing an experienced point of escalation for the HR Systems Administrator. Experience supporting system migration is essential for this role, along with a strong knowledge of the platform Workday.
