We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues and managers across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, generalist role where you'll make a real difference. You'll provide trusted advice, lead on employee relations casework, and contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner, you'll provide a high quality, proactive HR service across the full employee lifecycle.
Your work will be varied and impactful, covering employee relations casework, job evaluation, HR policy development and workforce reporting. This is a role with real scope; you'll be trusted to lead on defined projects and milestones, while also acting as a go-to advisor for managers and colleagues.
You'll also contribute to, and lead elements of the People Plan, which may include HR initiatives such as wellbeing, EDI and learning & development.
What we're looking for
You'll demonstrate the required HR skills and experience, supported by CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional experience in a HR generalist advisory role. You'll be experienced in using MS Excel and be able to generate workforce reports and analyse data to support evidence based decision making.
We're also looking for someone who is a confident communicator, able to build trust and influence at all levels, and who thrives in a collaborative, values led culture. You'll be organised and resilient, able to balance casework with project delivery i within a varied workload that requires effective prioritisation.

This is a full time, hybrid-working role, with regular travel to the office in Huntingdon. However, flexible and part-time working patterns will be considered (minimum 0.8 FTE or 30 hours per week).
