Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Assistant:
3. Collating invoices from multisite locations
4. Processing invoices, nominal coding and match to delivery notes
5. Reconciliation of supplier statements
6. Reconcile invoices to different departments
7. Process and track expenses
8. Preparation and processing of payment runs
9. Handling supplier queries and resolving
10. Cash, credit card and direct debit reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Finance Assistant you will have:
11. Understanding of debits and credits
12. Sales ledger and purchase ledger experience
13. Familiar with accounting systems and excel
