Role Description
The National Account Executive will manage and nurture relationships with key retail partners, ensuring sales targets are met and revenue growth is achieved. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to create strategies tailored to client needs. The role also involves data analysis and reporting to identify trends and optimize sales performance. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Stoneleigh, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in account management, client relationship building, and negotiations
* Proven ability in sales strategy development, forecasting, and achieving sales targets
* Proficiency in market research, analyzing sales data, and generating actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage time efficiently
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in retail and/or home and garden sectors is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
