Art and Design & Technology Technician Level 2
Hours of work: 16 hours per week (between 9am and 3pm), over 3 days (Monday to Wednesday on week A; Monday, Tuesday and Friday on week B) for 39 weeks per year
Salary: Art and D&T Technician – grade 3, point 5-6 - £25,583 - £25,989 (pro rata £9,548 - £9,699)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Level 2 Art and D&T Technician. Experience of working within a school is advantageous but not essential.
The successful applicant will primarily be providing support to staff and students within the Art and Design & Technology departments. Key roles will be to provide materials for lessons, support students and teachers in classrooms, and to conduct Health and Safety checks and paperwork. A level of artistic skill or background would be beneficial but not essential.
Applicants should possess a range of skills to enable them to work effectively with our staff and young people.
