11. Coordinate inbound logistics and outbound shipments of finished traffic signal equipment to local authorities, contractors, and distributors.
12. Arrange freight, documentation, and carrier bookings for domestic and export orders, ensuring compliance with transport and safety regulations.
13. Work closely with the warehouse and engineering teams to manage kitting, staging, and despatch processes.

Data Management & Reporting

14. Maintain accurate ERP records for materials, purchase orders, and supplier information.
15. Generate regular reports on material shortages, supplier delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.
16. Support implementation and improvement of supply chain KPIs (, OTIF, supplier OTDP, stock turns, and lead time adherence).
17. Contribute to process improvement projects and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

18. Work with engineering and quality teams to introduce new products, manage component changes, and ensure supply continuity.
19. Support customer service and project delivery teams to meet delivery deadlines and resolve supply issues.
