West Cambridge | From £25, 000 | 37.5 hours |Office based Receptionist & Office Coordinator We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the friendly face of The Hauser Forum, home to some of Cambridge’s most exciting start-ups and entrepreneurial businesses. You’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through the door: greeting visitors, handling calls, managing bookings, and helping to keep the building running smoothly. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be at the heart of it all, making sure things get done and people feel welcome. What we're looking for: We’re not looking for loads of experience. What matters most is that you’re: Personable and approachable – someone who enjoys meeting and helping people Organised and reliable – able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track Responsive and proactive – quick to pick things up and willing to get stuck in Detail-minded – you spot what needs doing and make sure it’s done properly Day to day, you’ll: Welcome visitors and make sure they have a great experience Support the facilities team with admin and coordination tasks Manage meeting room and seminar bookings Keep shared spaces tidy, stocked and running smoothly Help organise events and refreshments when needed Handle emails, calls and other general office queries You’ll fit right in if you’re someone who takes pride in doing things well, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.
