Job Details
* Job title: Adults Speech and Language Therapist
* Salary: Up to £53,200 (depending on experience) plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus payable as £1,500 after one month and £1,500 after completion of final probation period; terms and conditions apply)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent – 52 weeks
* Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

Role purpose
You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping adults in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. You will undertake all aspects of Speech and Language Therapy clinical duties, adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carry out individual assessments and interventions, and prepare relevant documentation, including reports. You will provide information and training to staff, commissioners and other agencies as required.

Responsibilities
* Deliver Speech and Language Therapy clinical duties for adults with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs.
* Undertake assessments and interventions and prepare documentation (reports).
* Provide information and training to staff, commissioners and other agencies as required.
* Work within safeguarding and regulatory guidelines and maintain a high standard of professional practice.
Qualifications and requirements
* Registered Speech and Language Therapist (or equivalent) with current practising entitlement.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
