What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and team leadership.
Leading shift briefings and ensuring smooth service throughout the day.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
Managing staffing levels and rotas to meet business needs.
Maintaining high standards in health, hygiene and safety. What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants.
Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. What you'll get:
