What the day will look like
Some of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
* Lead the design, strategy, and placement of PI programmes
* Drive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentations
* Shape and implement broking strategies for key clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectives
* Provide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client service
* Mentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Your skills and qualifications will include:
* ACII qualified or actively working towards certification, demonstrating commitment to professional development
* Strong knowledge of Professional Indemnity market practices and technical expertise, ensuring informed decision-making
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively and build trust with stakeholders
* Collaborative team player, able to work closely with colleagues across teams and departments
* Proactive and improvement-focused, embracing new working practices to enhance quality and efficiency
