A forward-thinking secondary school in Watford is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support students with mild to moderate additional needs - including Autism, ADHD, and anxiety.
The role is full-time and long-term, perfect for someone looking to build experience in SEN or progress towards a career in teaching or therapy.
You'll need to be:
Calm, consistent, and patient
Confident working 1:1 or with small groups
Ideally experienced in SEN (school, care or personal experience)This school has a brilliant SENCO and takes care of their support staff. Previous candidates have loved it here.
