You will work directly with clients to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and build sustainable, saleable businesses, using thexton armstrong’s proven tools, systems, and mentoring frameworks refined over more than a decade.

What You Will Do

The Ideal Partner

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced business professional who wants to apply their leadership and commercial skills in a new, independent capacity.

You are likely to:

* Have 12+ years of senior management, ownership, or consulting experience.
* Possess expertise in at least two of the following areas: strategy, finance, marketing, sales, business development, or operations.
* Have led teams, managed P&L, or advised SME owners directly.
* Be entrepreneurial, commercially astute, and passionate about helping others succeed.
* Hold the right to work in the United Kingdom and be fluent in English.
