Embark on a four-year apprenticeship at Tate & Lyle Sugars to master best engineering practices and become a Multi-skilled Technician.
As an apprentice, you will:
* Position, assemble, install, and dismantle mechanical and electrical plant and equipment according to specifications
* Perform planned, unplanned, and preventative maintenance procedures on plant and equipment
* Replace, repair, and/or remove components in plant and equipment to ensure their return to operational condition
* Diagnose and determine the cause of faults in plant and equipment
* Develop and apply continuous improvement principles

* This is a 4 year apprenticeship. Year 1 will be spent at IPS International, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent ME2 4DU. Year 2 will be in the workplace with day release at IPS and Years 3 & 4 will be full-time in the workplace.
