Responsibilities include providing oversight of interdisciplinary staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing fiscal performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Master's degree preferred, bachelor's acceptable, with 5 years of leadership experience in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
* Behavioral health leadership experience required; license preferred.
* Healthcare provider (CPR) certification within 6 months and comprehensive crisis management certification required within 12 months of start date.
