Job Title: Global Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly and empathetic Guest Relations Executive to join our global team at Swan Hellenic. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our HNW guests, ensuring their cruise experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Provide information on cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and shore excursions
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
- Contribute to continuous improvement of guest services and experiences
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Previous experience working with HNW guests and or a comparable luxury market
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or cruise industry
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
