About the Role: As Branch Manager, you'll take ownership of daily operations, leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service in both sales and lettings. You’ll need a solid background in estate agency, with proven experience in managing people, winning new business, and consistently smashing KPIs. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same – from morning team meetings to property valuations and business development. What You'll Be Doing: Leading daily team meetings to set goals and boost motivation Driving business growth through prospecting and winning new instructions Conducting market appraisals for sales and lettings Monitoring branch performance and exceeding targets Mentoring and developing your team for continuous success What We're Looking For: Previous experience in estate agency, including people management A confident, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure Outstanding communication skills and a client-first approach Self-motivated, target-driven, and always ready to go the extra mile Flexible, adaptable, and full of positive energy This isn’t your typical 9–5.
