We’re working with an ambitious and well-backed consultancy at the cutting edge of sustainability, who are now looking to hire a Junior BDM / Sales Executve to support their rapid growth across international markets. They are targeting global growth, and winning in global markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment — working closely with visionary leadership and learning directly from an inspiring Head of Business Development.
What you’ll be doing:
* Conducting research to identify new markets, client opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Supporting lead generation and nurturing warm leads
* Helping develop client relationships and maintaining a strong pipeline
* Assisting with sales proposals, presentations and CRM management
* Collaborating across marketing, operations and exec teams to align on business development strategy
* Shadowing and learning from experienced leaders while contributing to real growth outcomes
What you’ll bring:
* A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in business and sustainability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working with data and market trends
* Organised and detail-focused, with some familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
* A degree in a related subject is a plus, but not essential
