I am partnering with a world-renowned motorsport business to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly elite organisation operating at the very forefront of innovation, performance, and excellence.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on delivery to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the highest calibre of talent is attracted and secured.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across business functions, providing expert advice on hiring strategies.
Utilise data and dashboards to track, analyse, and report on recruitment activity and effectiveness.
Partner with HR colleagues to align talent acquisition with wider workforce planning.
Drive best practice recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, thriving in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
The Ideal Candidate
I am looking for an individual with proven success in talent acquisition, ideally with experience both in-agency and in-house (this is not a first step out of agency role). You will bring:
Strong experience in TA with the ability to deliver at pace without compromising on quality.
Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
A data-driven approach with proven ability to build, interpret, and present recruitment dashboards and metrics.
Experience using Workday (advantageous).
A resilient, proactive, and collaborative mindset - a real team player.
The ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
