Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with 9-10 years of experience to build and configure GCP services for customer monitoring platforms. Must have expertise in GCP, Terraform, automation, monitoring, and FinOps.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy GCP infrastructure for customer monitoring solutions
* Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and automation
* Implement monitoring solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
* Automate infrastructure operations using Python, Bash, CI/CD pipelines
* Conduct FinOps activities: cost optimization, committed use discounts, budgeting
* Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards
* Build cost monitoring dashboards and implement labeling strategies
* Create technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
* Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and optimize performance
Required Skills
Experience
* 9-10 years in cloud/infrastructure engineering
* 5+ years GCP experience (mandatory)
* 3+ years Terraform experience (mandatory)
Technical Must-Haves
* Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
* CI/CD: Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
* Networking: VPC, firewall rules, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud DNS
