Full‑time position on site. Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
* Craft compelling social media content and manage online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
* Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.
* Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
* Manage advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets.
* Mentor and empower sales, reservations, and business‑development teams to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.
Qualifications
* Strong experience as a Director of Sales or equivalent, with a proven track record at a leadership level.
* Expertise in social media, PR, market analysis, and the hotel market (MICE, agencies, etc.).
* Experience managing budgets and driving revenue through new initiatives and campaigns.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
* Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and online platforms.
* Professional and committed, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
