Responsibilities
* Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)
* Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
* Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system
* Learning platforms, call systems and integrations
Qualifications
* IT support, service desk OR strong customer service + interest in tech
* Good problem‑solving skills
* Confident communicator
* Keen to learn and progress

Working Pattern
3 days in Cardiff office (Tue‑Thu). Shifts: 8‑4:30 or 9:30‑6 (rotating).
