Our Business Services team is seeking a Trust Business Services Adviser. This role will be instrumental in supporting a client portfolio of Trusts and Family Investment Companies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to create a focused career path where you will be our internal Trust Accounts and family investments company expert. This is a growth area for the business, and a great opportunity to develop the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training. You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.
Responsibilities
* Delivering fully drafted sets of accounts with complete working papers to your line manager.
* Completion of work within timetable set or issues communicated in a timely manner to ensure reduced bottlenecks in workflow.
* Managing your workflow and client expectations, using your specialist knowledge and skills to add value to the business services team.
* Developing a rapport to underpin working relationships with clients and assisting in all aspects of the company’s relationships with them to maximise yield and performance.
* Where appropriate, initiating and taking an active role in business development by promoting our full range of services to clients (cross-selling).
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Possessing either partial or full AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualifications, or appropriate experience.
* Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
* Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Dedication to enhancing professional and technical expertise.
* Eagerness to cultivate a diverse set of IT skills to enhance performance.
* Enthusiasm for engaging in formal training opportunities, including on-the-job learning experiences.
