This is an exceptional permanent French speaking Client Success Manager opportunity with a leading tech company.
The French speaking Client Success Manager role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in the Colchester area the other 3 days working from home. The role also requires travel (paid) to France around 6-8 times a year.
As the title suggests the Client Success Manager requires fluent French & English- both written and spoken.
As French speaking Client Success Manager previous B2B account management experience is essential, including retention and growing existing business through sales. Previous SaaS or Digital or Tech related solutions is required with any tech relating to manufacturing, construction or similar industries being desirable. The Client Success Manager will mainly focus on the French market working closely with customers and 3rd parties, ensuring the ongoing relationship and retaining accounts. The Client Success Manager will be required to negotiate renewals and occasional new sales so previous experience is essential. Solid Office 365, CRM and ERP user skills are essential as Client Success Manager as is proven track record of developing accounts. The French speaking Client Success Manager would get bonuses and those on the team in a similar role currently earn around £6-12k p/a on top of basic.
