My client, a growth driven Legal 500 full service law firm based in Central London requires an impeccably credentialed Partner level Employment Solicitor. The firm having tripled in size over the last few years is positioned to grow to new heights. Ensuring to not overweigh themselves but to purely reach their full potential. This role is essential for this plan to come into fruition and the team are well resourced to support the next hire.
Within this role you will:
- Lead and grow the existing London Employment practice.
- Build on an established client base and bring your own strong relationships.
- Advise on disputes, workforce strategy, board-level issues, and transactional matters.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Corporate, Litigation, and Commercial p
- Contribute strategically to the direction and growth of the firm as part of the partnership.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years’ PQE in Employment Law.
- A proven track record advising employers, senior executives, and boards.
- Strong business development credentials with demonstrable ability to win and retain clients.
- A collaborative leadership style and entrepreneurial outlook.
- A portable client following in excess of £300k (essential)
