Drainage Operations Manager
Location: Warrington Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Benefit Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.
The Role
As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The package:

1. Conducting site visits and preparing quotations
2. Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers
3. Managing daily operations and responding to on-site issues
4. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
5. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
