As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Regional Parts Advisor with strong commercial awareness to join our team and play a key role in delivering industry leading repair solutions. What You’ll Be Doing As a Regional Parts Advisor, you’ll be the go to contact for supporting our onsite Parts Advisors across sites in your region. This is not your average parts role – you’ll be sourcing, negotiating, and optimising supply so our repair teams always have what they need, when they need it. Source & procure parts quickly and cost-effectively from approved and alternative suppliers. Negotiate terms to maximise margins and minimise delays. Manage lead times and keep site teams fully informed on ETAs, supplier issues, and delivery changes. Problem-solve delays by providing alternatives and creative sourcing solutions. Build supplier relationships to secure the best deals and stay ahead of supply chain trends. Support onsite advisors with technical knowledge and escalation of complex sourcing challenges. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive repair or bodyshop industry. Strong commercial awareness with a focus on value and efficiency. A confident negotiator with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts, with multi-supplier sourcing expertise. Familiarity with systems such as Audatex, Pinnacle, or similar. Ability to work independently while staying connected with a regional and wider team.
