About the Role:
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery — working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital services in line with GDS standards. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products, from discovery through to live.
* Ensure alignment with GDS principles and service standards.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, etc.).
* Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks and dependencies
* Support and mentor team members in Agile practices and delivery excellence.
About You:
* Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in a consultancy or public sector environment.
* Strong working knowledge of GDS and delivering projects within that framework.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Confident working in complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
* Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
