About the Role
Join Our Team as an English Language Lecturer!
Are you passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation? We are looking for a committed and dedicated Lecturer to teach English Language GCSE and Functional Skills at Further Education (FE) / college course levels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our students while contributing to the development, assessment, and management of academic courses within the subject area. Additionally, you will engage in relevant research, scholarship, commercial, and consultancy activities.
What We're Looking For:
* Expertise: A deep understanding of English Language and contemporary teaching practices within FE.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
* Flexibility: We value diversity and encourage secondments and flexible part-time working patterns to ensure we find the right person for the role.
