Employment Law Specialist needed! Outside IR35 Part-time or full-time hours considered This is a role for an experienced employment law specialist to join a large in-house legal services team on a remote basis. You will join an existing team of 3 other solicitors who dedicate themselves to employment law. The role is to manage mixed caseloads of employment related litigation, which may include: Unfair and wrongful dismissal (actual and constructive). TUPE / redundancy. Discrimination (age, disability, race, religion / belief and maternity / pregnancy / sex). Employment Tribunal preliminary hearings and final hearings. Appearing in mediations. Negotiating settlement agreements. Advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants / connected confidentiality issues Grievance and disciplinary investigations. This role can be worked on a remote basis and the client offers an unrivalled level of flexibility in terms of the structure of the working week.
