An exciting opportunity has arisen to join HL as a Microsoft Identity Engineer (Compliance & Identity Engineer). You will have a proven track record in supporting and managing Microsoft's Compliance & Identity products including Entra ID and DLP and enjoy working with a variety of technologies and people. This is a great role for someone who wishes to further their career by helping us achieve HL's mission.
What you'll be doing
1. Seek innovative solutions, improvements, enhancements, and automation wherever possible.
2. Helping to deliver the product vision and strategy, making sure that technical and non-technical users are maximizing product functionalities.
3. Actively engaging in a culture of continuous improvements to deliver quality service and support.
4. Monitor and manage ServiceNow queues to ensure service requests and incidents relating to compliance & identity products are dealt with in a timely manner.
5. Progress project work, tracking progress in Jira.
6. Create and maintain accurate system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, hardware and software asset and configuration registers, problem and resolution knowledge bases, and documentation produced during the system life cycle.
7. Troubleshooting of failures and responding to security incidents.
