You'll be responsible for ensuring programmes run to time, budget, and the highest quality standards—while driving safety, sustainability, and innovation. You're a proven leader in highways or infrastructure delivery, with the confidence to manage complex portfolios and the vision to align operational delivery with long-term strategy. You combine commercial acumen with a collaborative approach, always keeping safety and quality at the heart of delivery.
You'll bring…
* A track record of delivering large, complex highways or infrastructure projects
* Strong experience in financial management, risk control, and operational performance
* Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships at framework level
* Leadership qualities that inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
* Degree-level education or equivalent, with relevant professional certifications (APM, PRINCE2, IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
