Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

Development Details
This role will be based at 375 Kensington High Street, a landmark residential development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, comprising 521 high-quality homes set within landscaped communal gardens. Ideally located just minutes from Kensington Olympia station, the development offers excellent transport connections alongside premium resident amenities including a 24-hour concierge, leisure facilities and secure parking.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities department, across both hard and soft services, ensuring full statutory compliance, robust H&S administration, and high standards of property presentation.
* Strong contractor management expertise, overseeing a wide range of service providers to ensure quality, value for money, and timely delivery of services.
* Hands-on leadership style, supervising teams and contractors on site, setting clear standards, and directing works to ensure best practice and consistent performance.
* Computer literate, with practical experience of Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Experienced in setting up and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and implementing remedial actions where required.
* Demonstrated experience supporting on-site project delivery, including contractor supervision, risk management, RAMS reviews, and permit-to-work processes.
* Management and coordination of reactive maintenance activities, handling issues relating to communal areas and commercial units.
* Completion and recording of routine M&E inspections, including mechanical, electrical, plant rooms, tank rooms, and landscaped systems, with full associated administration.
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date Health & Safety files, COSHH folders, compliance registers, and maintenance of stock and inventory through approved suppliers.
* Support to the Estate Manager with major works, large-scale M&E projects, and annual internal H&S benchmarking and audit processes.
* Confident in managing customer queries and complaints, handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
* NEBOSH qualified or equivalent facilities / health & safety related qualification.
