Are you a Building Regulations Manager / Director with experience working on commercial projects, looking for an exciting new opportunity where you'll become apart of the directorship of this rapidly expanding company?

This role would suit a senior building regulations professional with experience working on commercial projects looking for an autonomous role where you'll get to drive the growth of the business.
The Role:
* Lead teams on a range of building regulation projects
* Assess the compliance against the Building Regulations
* Assess safety and risk for a range of building types
* Ensure project delivery, leadership well-being of personnel and business development
* Hybrid working
The Person:
* Chartered Building Qualification or equivalent
* Experience working in Building Regulation Compliance
* Experience working on commercial projects
