Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Exeter, Devon
Pay: £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time
Start Date: February 2026
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within schools in Exeter and the surrounding areas. We work closely with a range of local schools and trusts, providing consistent and rewarding opportunities for support staff.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children within Nursery, EYFS and KS1 settings
* Assist the class teacher with planned activities and learning outcomes
* Provide nurturing, child-centred support in line with the EYFS framework
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working within a school setting
* A warm, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
