Mechanical Engineers: Near Monmouth

Graduate | Engineer | Senior Engineer

Location: Near Monmouth | Hours: 37 per week | Department: Engineering

Are you ready to build your future with a global engineering leader? Located in a prime spot for commuters from Monmouth and the surrounding areas, our Engineering department is expanding. We are looking for three talented individuals to join our team across Design, Technical Support, and Contracts Engineering. Whether you are a recent graduate, an established professional, or a seasoned technical authority, we have a role that matches your ambition.

The Opportunities

Graduate / Junior Engineer

The Pathway: Ideal for a high-achieving graduate or someone with an NVQ3/HNC looking to transition into a professional design environment. You will support senior staff in producing technical data, learning the ropes of AutoCAD, Creo, and SAP while gaining hands-on experience with international industrial standards.

Focus: Learning, development, and high-quality technical assistance.

Engineer

The Pathway: You are a competent engineer ready to take ownership of project KPIs and design products that meet strict environmental and legal requirements. You will solve technical problems for our global group companies and act as a vital bridge between Sales and Operations.

Focus: Autonomy, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional support.

Senior / Lead Engineer

The Pathway: As a seasoned expert with a BEng or MEng, you will act as the Design Authority for assigned projects. You'll manage complex engineering risks, lead design reviews, and mentor junior staff while making high-level decisions on non-standard technical challenges.

Focus: Leadership, complex risk management, and technical authority.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Across all levels, we value a "Right-First-Time" mindset and the following toolkit:

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency (or the aptitude to learn) 2D/3D CAD systems (AutoCAD/Creo) and ERP software like SAP.

Analytical Rigor: Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to develop logical solutions.

Communication: The ability to translate complex engineering data into clear reports and instructions for internal and external stakeholders.

Professionalism: A commitment to safety, integrity, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Mobility: A full driving license and a willingness for occasional worldwide travel.

Why Join Us?

Location: Based in a scenic area near Monmouth with excellent transport links.

Structured Growth: We actively support our team in achieving professional registrations such as EngTech, IEng, or CEng.

Global Reach: Work on diverse, high-impact projects that reach every corner of the globe.

Work-Life Balance: A standard 37-hour work week within a supportive, collaborative office culture
