Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager tell the Holovis story to the world.
You will lead our content strategy, social media presence, public relations efforts, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. This role also includes integrating AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and personalisation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead content creation across formats (videos, graphics, case studies, etc.) to support campaigns and brand awareness.
* Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, ensuring consistent voice, engagement, and performance tracking.
* Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and relationship management with journalists and influencers.
* Produce and curate behind-the-scenes (BTS) content in conjunction with the art team to humanize the brand and showcase company culture, events, and projects.
* Leverage AI tools for content generation, audience segmentation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, HR) to align messaging and support cross-functional initiatives.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain brand relevance.
* Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI and KPIs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
* Experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of content and campaigns.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
* Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Preferred:
* Experience in B2B, entertainment or technology sectors.
* Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
