What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation overnight, taking responsibility for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring high standards are maintained to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
* Managing people, including performance management, conducting disciplinary procedures, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (typically from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable with nightshift work and adaptable to its physical and mental demands, with a focus on creating a safe and healthy environment for the team.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.
* Resilient to the challenges of night working.
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to coach teams effectively.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or performance indicators.
* Skilled in managing disciplinary and performance issues.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
