Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Production Control team

Position: Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: Manufacturing Systems Lead

Hours of Work: 39hrs 45 mins

What you will do

Reporting to the Manufacturing Systems Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing Production Control systems, processes, and procedures. The role ensures the effective management of safety, quality, and delivery performance while minimising manufacturing costs and safeguarding data compliance, accuracy, and information flow across multiple departments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure the integrity of material management and information flow by following standard work and best‑practice processes.
2. Apply manufacturing system procedures to continually improve data accuracy and overall system performance.
3. Maintain the company’s material management system in alignment with material flow requirements and wider business needs.
4. Promote and uphold a data‑driven culture within the Production Control function.
5. Conduct, verify, and maintain accurate system transactions to support operational excellence.
6. Schedule and coordinate production communications to ensure timely and accurate updates.
7. Facilitate the flow of information across a multi‑functional business to support seamless operations.

What you will bring

8. Experience working with an MRP-style system (desirable).
9. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
10. Strong problem‑solving skills.
11. Excellent computer skills, particularly within Microsoft Office.
12. Strong communication skills.
13. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
14. Strong self‑management and personal accountability.
15. High levels of transparency, integrity, and trust.
16. Commercial awareness and understanding of operational impacts.
17. Results‑driven mindset.
18. Effective planning and organisational capabilities.
19. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
20. IT literacy, including the ability to work remotely during travel.
21. Process‑focused thinking and effective process management skills.
22. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
23. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
