THE ROLE OF CONCESSION STORE MANAGER
Our Concession Store Managers are ambassadors of these moments, the heart of our award-winning retail business and the mini site partnership with NEXT. We are recruiting a Concession Store Manager for the Dundee Concession Store, based within the newly opened NEXT store on the Stack Leisure Park. Our Concession stores have been recognised across the UK for innovative space design within a shop-within-a-shop partnership with NEXT.
Responsibilities
* Lead & inspire your Mamas & Papas store team (c3 supervisors, c5 sales assistants) to deliver the very best customer experience.
* Create & utilise commercial sales reports and local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness.
* Use current and future trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPIs for your store, while embodying our brand values.
Qualifications
* From a Retail Store, Assistant or Deputy Store Manager background, with a customer-first approach in everything you do.
* Ability to inspire & develop your teams to go the extra mile for customers and in-store experience.
* Desire to take ownership of your store and team, with creative autonomy to make a difference.
