This service is a 12-bedded children’s residential home for young people aged 12–18 with ongoing mental health needs and challenging behaviours, supported by an on-site school. The Role We are recruiting a qualified Clinical Psychologist (NHS Band 7–8a equivalent) to deliver varied and rewarding work across a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in shaping the service, improving outcomes for young people, and embedding psychologically informed practice across the home. Key Responsibilities: Provide a range of evidence-based psychological interventions for children and young people. Carry out assessments, including risk assessments, formulations, and treatment recommendations. Deliver psychological treatment plans and evaluate outcomes. Supervise Assistant Psychologists and psychology graduates, overseeing their caseloads and interventions. Train and guide staff to implement psychologically informed practices.
