We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Cannock. The purpose of the role is to look after promotional and campaign support for designated business areas, as well as corporate branding compliance, event management and co-ordination for corporate, customer and hospitality activity, collaboration with marketing team to meet departmental and company objectives.
Responsibilities
* Campaign design and implementation to meet the requirements of sales teams and company objectives
* Organisation and execution of events to support customers and sales teams including collaborating in meetings for others such as operations, SHEQ, as applicable
* Project and campaign focus on pre-agreed industry focuses
* Marketing support for pre-agreed sales teams or departmental functions
* Co-ordination of regular internal communications vehicles like Vision
* Support for people-related comms and initiatives such as those from HR
* Facilitate with customer hospitality co-ordination, specifically JCB Golf but could also include British Touring Cars if renewed, including any customer participation days
* Assistance with the implementation of customer events including driver challenges, innovation days etc
* Support the Senior Marketing Specialist with additional projects as workload requires
What will help you to excel in this role
* Marketing or communications degree or equivalent is desirable
* Significant experience of working within a Marketing team
* Demonstrable PC skills including confident use of Microsoft Office
* Demonstrable ability to use image editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) and also design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign) is desirable
* Substantial communications skills, both verbal and written, including evidence of previous published material
