Role Overview

A global FTSE listed energy firm seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to the CFO. The role requires a highly organised, forward‑thinking professional who can manage the CFO’s diary, travel, and high level meetings with stakeholders and the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will help the CFO achieve strategic goals by coordinating board meetings, preparing high level presentations, managing event logistics, and representing the CFO at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise the CFO’s diary and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange high level meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership team.
  • Plan and coordinate board meetings, ensuring relevant paperwork is prepared.
  • Create high level presentations and other executive materials.
  • Represent the CFO professionally at external and internal meetings.
  • Provide independent, professional, and confidential support to senior leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive senior level C‑Suite Executive Assistant experience (CFO, Board, or Group Executive level).
  • Strong background with a global or international FTSE listed company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Location & Working Hours

Full‑time role based primarily at the London headquarters with the possibility of working from home. Occasional travel to other group offices is expected.

Benefits & Compensation

Generous benefits package and bonus of up to 30% of salary. Standard hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility required.
