We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Specialist Practitioners to join our Automotive Team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week at our Bispham Campus. You will play a key role in preparing resources and delivering practical automotive courses with a focus on health and safety. You will join a talented, successful, and dynamic team responsible for training, re-training, and upskilling the region's automotive workforce.
Your Responsibilities
* Instruct, assess, and supervise students across various programmes and qualification levels, ensuring engaging and effective delivery in classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and other learning environments.
* Prepare and organise materials and equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Provide guidance, monitor progress, and assist students with action planning and personal development, fostering their responsibility for learning and achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, scheme development, and the internal verification of student work, ensuring adherence to programme specifications and quality standards.
* Conduct health and safety checks, maintain a safe learning environment, and educate students on safe practices and procedures.
