Your responsibilities will include: Delivering blended learning programmes (primarily online, with some face-to-face sessions) Assessing and supporting apprentices through their Level 3 Youth Work qualifications Coaching learners, monitoring progress, and providing tailored feedback Working with employers to ensure learners meet workplace and apprenticeship standards Supporting learners through End Point Assessment preparation Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance activities Ideal Candidate You will ideally have: A JNC-recognised Youth Work qualification (Level 3 Diploma or Degree) OR a degree in a related field such as Community Development or Social Work with strong youth work experience Experience working in youth services or community-based settings A recognised Assessor/Tutor qualification (or willingness to work towards this – exceptional candidates will be supported) Strong communication and digital skills for online delivery The ability to travel across the North (Manchester, Leeds and surrounding areas) If you’re passionate about developing future youth professionals and want a rewarding role with flexibility and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
