Permanent Sales Administrator Locations: Southam, Warwickshire Pay rates: £26,000 - £29,000 per year Depending on Experience Job role & Shift pattern: Responsible for smooth running of Key Accounts and/or General Orders. Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly. Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company hire system to minimise account queries and potential credits. Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes. Maintaining a good relationship with customers and ensure the systems are running smoothly to provide the best service. Answering incoming calls within 3 rings. Comply with all SHEQ procedures. Ad hoc departmental duties to be covered for absences/holidays Monday to Friday. 08:00 - 17:00. What we are looking for: Strong communication skills. Minimum of intermediate computer ability.
